Moby Nahleh is the Founder and Design Director of Tribehaus®, leading a multidisciplinary studio defined by cultural fluency, refined luxury, and craftsmanship-driven execution.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Moby was raised in a home where art, ambition, and creative discipline were part of everyday life. That environment shaped his attention to detail and his belief that meaningful design should express more than style—it should reflect identity, culture, and the way people live.
Moby is the middle son of Ishaq Nahleh, a successful Jordanian businessman, acclaimed visual artist, and respected cultural leader. Ishaq served as President of the Jordanian Artists Association for more than 12 years, where he was recognized for championing artists, supporting creative development, and strengthening Jordan’s cultural community. His legacy of leadership, artistic contribution, and entrepreneurship has had a defining influence on Moby’s approach to both design and business.
Shaped by multicultural collaboration, Moby’s professional experience extends across multiple regions and includes work connected to major hospitality environments, including Hilton resort developments, as well as select private events and distinguished clients. His longstanding professional relationships throughout the Middle East—particularly in Dubai—bring an international perspective and cross-cultural sensitivity to every project.
Beyond interior design, Moby expanded his expertise into architectural and landscape design, creating a multidisciplinary foundation that allows him to envision complete environments from the inside out. He also founded Nahleh Woodworks in Jordan, where he developed a deeper understanding of custom fabrication, material integrity, fine craftsmanship, and high-level detailing.
This combination of design knowledge, international perspective, and hands-on craftsmanship continues to shape the precision and character of every Tribehaus® project.
Outside the design studio, Moby is an experienced rally driver, automotive enthusiast, and passionate car collector. His involvement in motorsports includes rallying, autocross, and karting, earning him numerous trophies, awards, and professional certificates throughout his driving journey. His appreciation for automobiles extends beyond competition to the engineering, craftsmanship, performance, and individual character of exceptional vehicles.
Moby has also contributed to the organization and coordination of major international motorsport events in Jordan, including events connected to the World Rally Championship and other prominent rally competitions. Through his involvement with the Royal Automobile Club of Jordan and its leadership under HRH Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, he gained valuable experience working within the demanding environment of large-scale motorsport operations.
For Moby, motorsports and design share the same essential principles: precision, discipline, performance, innovation, and attention to every detail. Whether shaping a complete environment or navigating a rally course, he approaches each challenge with focus, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
