The creative force behind TRIBEHAUS.
Moby Nahleh is the Founder and Design Director of Tribehaus®, leading a studio built on cultural fluency, refined luxury, and craftsmanship-driven execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and was raised in a home where art, ambition, and creative discipline were part of everyday life—an upbringing that shaped his eye for detail and his belief that design should carry meaning, not just style.
Moby is the middle son of Ishaq Nahleh—a successful Jordanian businessman, acclaimed visual artist, and recognized cultural leader. Ishaq Nahleh is widely respected for his leadership and lasting impact on the creative community, including serving as President of the Jordanian Artists Association for over 12 years, where he was known for championing artists and strengthening the arts ecosystem. This legacy of leadership, cultural contribution, and entrepreneurial excellence has had a defining influence on Moby’s approach to both design and business.
With a career shaped by multicultural collaboration, Moby’s design touch extends across multiple regions worldwide, including work connected to major hospitality environments such as Hilton resort developments, as well as select private events and distinguished clients. He maintains strong professional relationships throughout the Middle East—particularly Dubai—bringing international awareness and cross-cultural sensibility to every project.
Beyond interiors, Moby expanded his expertise into architectural design and landscape design, building a multi-disciplinary foundation that allows him to design complete environments—inside and out. He also founded Nahleh Woodworks in Jordan, deepening his mastery of custom fabrication, material integrity, and high-level detailing—skills that elevate the quality and precision of Tribehaus projects.
Moby ultimately created Tribehaus® to be a design house for every culture and every lifestyle—because he believes great design is universal, and all of us come from a tribe.
